When the projects are there but the people are not

An order arrives earlier than planned, a colleague is off sick, or the documentation for three machines is due at the same time. Training new people takes too long, and freelance engineers are hard to find.

Then you need someone who gets up to speed with your standards quickly and delivers clean work. I know both sides from practice: the machine builder and the maintenance team at the operator.

    Using your template or mine, including measures.

  • PL verification to EN ISO 13849-1

    Determining the required and verifying the achieved performance level with SISTEMA.

  • Instructions and technical documentation

    Individual chapters or complete instructions in your layout.

    Siemens TIA Portal and STEP 7, following your programming guidelines.

    Support at your customers’ sites, for example with signal tests and the validation of safety functions.

    Whether a modification at the customer’s site is a substantial modification.

From practice

Automatic test station for filling valves

For my master craftsman project in 2025 I handled two tasks myself that are often awarded separately. The PLC program was written in TIA Portal. On top of that came the complete CE documentation with risk assessment, instructions for use and EU declaration of conformity.

Do you work with our templates?

Yes. I prepare risk assessments, instructions and programs to your templates and guidelines. If there are none, I bring my own.

How soon can you start?

That depends on my workload. In our conversation I give you a firm start date.

Do you also work remotely?

Yes. Risk assessments, documentation and programming are mostly done remotely. For the survey at the machine and commissioning I come on site.
